  • Most offices / properties are at prime locations and owned by the Group

Taking necessary permission from respective regulatory authorities (i.e. Permission from Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh, Bangladesh Central Bank etc.)

Rearrange the intellectual offices as per requirement of Air lines .
Setup dedicated IT support team.
Ensure proper safety and security arrangement.
Deploy effective and efficient management team.
Prepare business plan to achieve the revenue target.

Execution

Completion of project within prescribed timeline. Validating or testing the project.
Control and monitoring.
Review the project within specific interval.
Make correction or adjustments if needed.
