Hedayet has worked in various capacities at Biman Bangladesh Airlines, including roles such as Manager of Ground Services and Station Manager at international airports like Dubai International Airport and Changi International Airport in Singapore.
His career also includes extensive involvement in training coordination, ground service manual updates, and audit compliance. With specialized training in ground handling management, operational risk, and quality management systems, he is skilled at navigating complex operational environments. Hedayet’s leadership and commitment to excellence have contributed significantly to Biman's growth and service quality. Mr. Md. Manzur Jalil
Chief Operating Officer - Aviation
Mr. Manzur brings 30 years of extensive professional experience in the travel trade and aviation industry. From 1996 to 2012, he served as the head of department at Gulf Air Bangladesh, contributing significantly to its operations and growth.
Prior to his tenure at Gulf Air, Mr. Manzur worked at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as a Passage Office Supervisor from 1994 to 1996. Before that, he spent seven years at Singapore Airlines, where he excelled as a Senior Reservation & Ticketing Officer and Market Development Officer, playing a pivotal role in market expansion and customer engagement.
In addition to his industry roles, Mr. Manzur is a dedicated faculty member at the ATAB Training Institute, where he has been sharing his expertise since its inception.
Faridul Islam
SENIOR MANAGER ACCOUNTS
Faridul Islam is a committed and detail-oriented part-qualified Chartered Accountant currently pursuing the CA-Advanced level from ICAB. He holds an MBA in Accounting from Begum Rokeya University Rangpur, where he graduated with First Class and ranked second. Faridul completed his CA article ship at Ernst & Young Bangladesh and has accumulated 5 years of professional experience. His analytical approach and dedication to maintaining high accuracy have helped him build expertise in financial reporting, remittance processing, budget analysis, and compliance. With practical experience in financial data management and problem-solving, Faridul is well-equipped to support business objectives effectively.
He is eager to leverage his skills and advance his professional career in the accounting and finance sectors as he continues working towards full Chartered Accountant qualification.
Md Aslam Parvez

Mr. Aslam began his career at Biman Bangladesh Airlines in 1988 after completing a basic Sales and Cargo training course at Biman's Training Center (BATC) in Dhaka.
Throughout his career, he has worked in various roles within the cargo department, managing exports, imports, flight checks, warehouse operations, and transit shipments.
Most of his time was dedicated to the Biman Cargo Complex (BCC) at Shahjalal International Airport, where he diligently oversaw import and export operations.
He takes pride in having contributed to Biman's growth, particularly in the ready-made garment export sector. Mr. Aslam built strong relationships with freight forwarding cargo agents and exporters, which helped position Biman as a preferred choice for cargo shipments.
Shafiqul Islam
MANAGER AIRPORT SERVICES
Shafiqul Islam holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Management and began his career with GMG Airlines, establishing a strong foundation in the aviation industry. With 22 years of experience, he has since advanced his career as an Airport Services Team Leader, working with respected airlines including Flydubai, Rotana Jet, Thai Smile, and FlyDhaka Airlines.
Over the years, Shafiqul has developed robust expertise in airport operations, supported by specialized training in ramp safety, Departure Control Systems (DCS), Dangerous Goods Control, baggage handling, aviation safety and security, and other core areas of Airport Service Management. Known for his honesty, teamwork, sincerity, dedication, and strong work ethic, Shafiqul is a committed professional who brings value to every role he undertakes.
Md Jashimuddin
MANAGER UNIQUE TOURS & TRAVELS
Mr. Mohammed Jashimuddin has 30 years of experience in the travel trade and aviation industry. Since 1993, he has been pivotal at Borak Travels as Head of the Airlines Reservation System for Aeroflot-Russian International Airlines, Asiana Airlines, and Druk Air under their GSA. He is skilled in all airline reservation systems, including CRS and GDS, and manages Unique Tours and Travels, an IATA-accredited agency.
Recently appointed as a Lecturer in the Travel and Hospitality Department at Update College (National University of Bangladesh), he also serves as a guest examiner at Dhaka Mohila Polytechnic. Known for integrity, dedication, and teamwork, Mr. Jashimuddin brings value to every role he holds.
